Excursions
Aquatic Park visits are included in all tours - costs (below) are automatically added to invoice. Theme Park visits, including entry and coach supplement, are as follows:

All for as little as £15 per person (all pay).

Coach Travel
Coaches contracted by TJM comply with all relevant UK and European legislation on coach travel for school groups. Included are regulations on seatbelts for British coaches and permitted driving hours for crew. The latter means that coaches are not usually available for use in resort on arrival and departure days.

Coaches have toilets and video and usually a hot drinks dispenser or fridge. Heating and ventilation Is delivered through a forced air system. Air-conditioned coaches can be provided at a supplement.

Our normal departure day for Summer Adventure trips is Saturdays for tours where the coach remains with you and Fridays for shuttle departures, the normal return day being the following Sunday. The date shown on your booking represents your chosen weekend and your final departure day is subject to confirmation by TJM

Coach prices are based on forty full paying passengers with a 1:8 free place ratio.

Small Parties
TJM welcomes parties of all sizes - we will attempt to match parties of less than 40 full paying members. Should this not be possible or should the combined total of 2 matched parties be less than 40, the following supplements may be applied.

Please note that groups of at least 24 full paying passengers will be picked up from and returned to their school (on mainland UK). Smaller groups may be asked to meet at a pick-up point along the coach's route.

Air Travel
All TJM resorts are now accessible by air - supplements below. The air package is identical to the coach package except that Coach and Ferry are replaced with Flight and Overseas Airport Transfers. UK transfers are not included. Travel to advertised activities is included but excursions may be at additional cost. Prices based on London departures, supplements for regional departures available on request.

Please note that if travelling with Ryanair they do NOT accept group passports.

Air prices for 2010 will include website check in and 10kg of hand luggage. Please note that if you need to check in hold baggage this is at your expense.

Please note that for May half term and July peak dates we would ask you to be flexible between the Thursday - Tuesday as your departure dates.

Passport Regulations

Rules about obtaining a new passport were introduced by the Passport Office on 14 January 2002. LOST, STOLEN AND NEW PASSPORTS WILL TAKE ONE WEEK MINIMUM TO REPLACE. This has major implications for foreign travel and ABTA (the Association of British Travel Agents) is advising members of the public to check whether they are in possession of a valid passport before they make their holiday or flight booking.

If they do not check their passport more than a week prior to departure their holiday may be put in jeopardy. In addition charges for issue earlier than a week in many cases have risen. Ian Reynolds ABTA Chief Executive said, "It has always been important for travellers to check the validity of their passports well in advance of travel simply as a matter of convenience. However, these new changes make it even more essential and, if not done in good time, could result in more expense or even the loss of their holiday".
