The Resort

Tossa de Mar is Costa Brava's Flower of the Sea. Set on the golden shores of the Mediterranean this beautifully picturesque fishing town is steeped in culture and rustic Spanish charm. After fourteen years it continues to be TJM's most popular watersports holiday destination.

Activities

Activities take place on the glorious Playa Mar Menuda - the most tranquil of Tossa's three beaches. Overlooking the bay is the sheltering Mount Guardi, a natural rocky outcrop topped by a spectacular turreted castle, evidence of Tossa's medieval origins.

With Barcelona approximately 90km south and Girona about 35km north, Tossa de Mar is the ideal destination for groups who want to explore further a field by incorporating extra excursions into their trip.

Accommodation

Hotels
TJM also operate a number of hotels in Tossa de Mar, including the Windsor Hotel and Hotel Marina (formerly La Huerta). All hotels are centrally located, within easy reach of amenities and locally based activities. All have restaurants serving buffet style menus and rooms with en suite facilities.

Party leaders can express a preference at the time a booking but the final choice of hotel is at the discretion of TJM. Hotels are offered on an unnamed basis.

Travel Information

Coach
You should expect the coach journey to take approximately 16 hours from Calais.

Flight
For extra convenience you can fly to Tossa de Mar, as Girona airport is only 25 minutes away and Barcelona airport is just over an hour.
