Bar Person

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain the bar in the hotel.
• Be responsible for ordering, stocks and accountability for bar.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and security are up held at all times.
• Assist in organisation of themed evenings with head rep and manager.
• Assist head rep in setting up and running an evening entertainments programme for both adult guests and school groups.
• Deal with problems and queries in resort.
• Drive company vehicles.

Minimum requirements

• Honesty and integrity.
• No criminal record.
• Confident, cheerful and outgoing.
• Diplomatic.
• Demonstrate initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible.
• Positive team member.
• Smart conventional appearance.
• Conversational French/Spanish an advantage.
