Head Chef

Description
Work abroad this Summer! Head Chefs are required for adventure centres in France.
Planing and cooking three-course evening meals for guests, with appropriate vegetarian options, and catering for special dietary requirements. You will also plan themed speciality evenings for guests and prepare packed lunches. You'll also be responsible for controlling stock levels, ensure correct stock rotation, and preparing produce orders.
Minimum requirements
- Honesty and integrity.
- No criminal record.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Smart conventional appearance.
- Flexible.
- Positive team member.
- Demonstrate initiative.
Location
France (Alps and Atlantic Coast)
Duration
May - September. Shorter contracts available.
The employee will be required to provide
- One set of chef's whites.
