Kitchen Porter and Night Porter

Description

Work abroad this Summer! Kitchen Porters and Night Porters are required for adventure centres in Spain and France.

As a Kitchen Porter you will mintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen and food storage areas, wash crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchen equipment, and maintain safe clean storage for these items.

As a Night Porter you will have responsibility for all areas of the hotel at night, and be responsible for fire safety.

Minimum requirements

• Honesty and integrity.
• No criminal record.
• Knowledge of food hygiene procedures.
• Demonstrate initiative.
• Positive team member.
• Cheerful and outgoing Flexible.
• Appropriate clothes for work in the kitchen.
